Spirit

There is a part of us we never feel
At all, or feeling, say it is not there,
Is a myth or legend and absurd.
It tells us we are larger than the real
World, that even planet Earth, the air,
The universe are smaller than one word
Spoken from the heart, that we can heal
Ourselves by dying, that because we care
More than Being, the Spirit World occurred.
Silence tells us what mere sounds conceal,
That the Nothing vocalized a prayer
Which is Time, that only Spirit heard.
