Two Poems

by Grzegorz Wróblewski

Translated from the Polish by the author and Malcolm Sinclair

A Couple

Today I saw a boy,
who was feeding a pigeon
a red hotdog.
They ate it together.
What a wonderful sight!
The carnivorous boy
and the carnivorous bird.

Faroe Islands

a new football pitch
bankruptcy
and sheep
